Sam's Cabin

Twenty Three years ago, Sam came across some land down on the Kenai that he could not pass up. So he decided to buy 2 acres, with one being on a beautiful hill with trees all around. With all the land still untouched, Sam and his kids started dragging in materials to start building this little "Home away from Home". With all the snow on the ground, and hardly roads in the area, we built this cabin as a family.

Now with it surrounded with houses all around it, this little cabin still sits alone on this 1 acre, tucked back in the woods, still standing after 23 years of winters and harsh weathers. Built with our bare hands, this little cabin is still there for us to go and keep building many memories to come!

This could become the next Governor's Mansion.
